Yes, registering for Appmill is free.
You will not be charged after registering the URLs you wish to monitor. Charges are incurred when you choose to purchase a credit pack or subscribe to a paid plan.
Kindly verify the email address you provided for any errors. Additionally, please check your email settings as emails from Appmill could be in your spam/junk folder or blocked by spam filters.
If you have confirmed that your email address and settings are correct but have not received the registration email, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Yes, Appmill allows for per-URL monitoring rule configuration.
We accept the following 6 card brands: VISA, Mastercard, Amex, JCB, Diners, and Discover.
Yes, it is possible to register URLs without a domain. However, please note that only public IP addresses are accepted for registration.(Note: Registration of URLs with local IP addresses is not supported.)
When the site of the URL you want to monitor has set up IP access restrictions, successful URL registration might not be possible. In such cases, we kindly request that you whitelist Appmill’s IP address.If you are still unable to register the URL successfully even after trying the above steps, please contact our support team.
Unfortunately, Appmill’s monitoring is limited to http/https (80/443).
This warning is displayed when a domain that includes an underscore (_) is registered. Appmill does not support the registration of domains containing an underscore (_).
When you are notified with “There is an error in the status code (0)” in an alert, the following may be the reasons.
・The server at the monitored URL failed to return a response.
・Receiving a status code other than the configured normal code.
…etc. (Please note that status code “0” does not exist as an actual response code.)
With Appmill, a 30-day free trial period is granted in the month you purchase your first paid plan (Security Complete Plan).
Billing starts after your trial period, and your first month will be prorated. Please note that depending on your billing cycle, you may either be billed the full amount (¥10,780 tax included) and receive a subsequent refund, or you may be billed the prorated amount after the 30-day free trial is taken into account.If you receive a deposit from Appmill, please be aware that this is the case where the above-mentioned refund was processed.
